Anxiety, depression, and other troubling feelings often stem from past events. If you want to recover from painful experiences, I use EMDR to help you sort through what you’ve been taught to believe that might be limiting and hurtful. Then I’ll support you as you recover your natural and healthy sense of self and find a way of being that feels right for you. EMDR lets you recover your true self, and when you’re grounded in that, anxiety and depression decrease, and you can more freely create the kind of life you desire.
I also use Compassion Focused Therapy and Acceptance Commitment Therapy-both of which help in growing into living with awareness and self acceptance.
