I provide collaborative, respectful psychotherapy for clients struggling with a variety of concerns including: intense anxiety or depression, relationship struggles, persistent negative beliefs and unwanted intrusive thoughts, body sensations and emotions that are overwhelming and confusing. My clients often find that they get relief from the patterns and symptoms they’ve had for years and for which regular talk therapy has helped, but not brought sufficient relief. I use a whole brain, relational approach that is creative and responsive to my clients’ unique needs, strengths and circumstances.

I am an EMDR certified clinician and an EMDRIA Approved Consultant who is also trained in IFS. I have a special focus on treating attachment wounds, racialized trauma, complex PTSD and dissociative disorders. My goal is to support and guide the natural process of healing your traumatic injuries and promoting new possibilities for your life.

It is important to me that I explicitly acknowledge that white supremacy impacts every single aspect of our lives as citizens in the United States, including every single aspect of the mental health system.  I strive to understand my own conditioning within this system and intentionally engage in an anti-racism practice model. I welcome BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities.

I am an approved therapist with the Veteran’s Resilience Project. www.resiliencemn.org
