Beth is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, and is co-director of Enliven Psychotherapy. She brings an integrative approach to counseling to include the connection of mind and body. She works with couples, adults, and adolescents.
Prior to her work as an outpatient psychotherapist, Beth provided in-home services for adults and children. Beth earned her Master’s degree in Counseling and Psychotherapy at Adler Graduate School. She is trained Emotionally Focused Couples Counseling (EFT), and is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing therapy (EMDR).
Beth often brings Doogie, her Therapy Dog, to the office and utilizes Animal Assisted Therapy (AAT) techniques. Doogie works with people of all ages and may or not be involved in sessions.
When not at Enliven, Beth enjoys drinking her morning coffee, gardening, and cooking. You may see her, Doogie, and Lily (Doogie’s sister) walking around Lake Como; their favorite place!
